I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with the freshest and most comfortable beds, duvet, and pillows I've experienced in China. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient, especially being close to the bus station and only a short taxi ride away from the train station. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The cleaning ladies paid attention to small details, such as providing a humidifier after I had a nosebleed from the dryness. The hotel also had great food options, with a wide variety to choose from.
Nothing not to love.

I liked everything about this hotel. My wife and I are both well travelled people and we've stayed in four/five star hotels all over the world. We both agreed that this was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in a very long time providing five star service/facilities at a budget price. The room was large, very comfortable, clean and in an excellent location within walking distance of two of the best chinese restaurants in Datong. I can't recommend this hotel enough, if you go to Datong then you have to stay at this hotel!!!
I didn't like nothing about this hotel, it was perfect!

Very good value for the money. Large room, very clean, and very well equipped. Very nice breakfast buffet.
Reception staff don't help you with information to find the sights. They refer to the taxi driver which is waiting outside. I belive they working togehter and get money for this.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a good location, close to popular attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, in particular, the room service was prompt and efficient.
The hotel felt a bit old and outdated. The Wi-Fi was spotty, making it difficult to use for work or leisure.

The concierge. Mr. Larry. He made our stay perfect looking after every need we expressed. Including finding for us a medical facility treat a strong cold. Negotiated taxis and other arrangemnts with ease. Very thankful
The food at the restaurant did not have Western dishes (at breakfast), therefore we had to resort to eggs, coffeeband juice. It could get better....

The centrally located hotel provided exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the comfortable rooms with high-class bedding and private facilities made for a luxurious stay. the friendly staff went above and beyond to fulfill every need, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail.
Although the overall experience was exceptional, the only minor issue encountered was the breakfast selection, which had limited options compared to other luxury hotels. this was compensated with the location advantages and the impeccable service provided by the staff.

In China, there were two groups of hotels and people: the poor and the richs. When you go in superior category of hotels, you must to come of the superior people. I feel this hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was cozy to rest. the hotel was in a convenient location close to the main attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. Plus, the staff was friendly when they could understand me.
The hotel's service was quite disappointing. the language barrier made it hard to communicate with the staff since they were unable to understand or speak English.
